If you can see yourself fitting into this growing team, let's talk.--Duties:Operate equipment to dig trenches for utility burial--such as: Vibratory plowsDirectional drillsVacsMini excavatorsvarious other equipmentFollow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work areaCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectivelySchedule:A normal work week will consist of a four (4) day week, with at least ten (10) hours a day.* No weekendsSteady overtimeSome travel may be requiredAlways home at the end of the week/Thursday evening*Production demands will occasionally necessitate working additional hours or a partial 5th day.--The ideal candidate will be able to:Communicate effectively in English.Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects of at least 50 pounds.Climb ladders and work at heights as required.Sit, stand, and walk for periods of time.Pass DOT pre-employment Drug Test*Maintain a Valid Driver's License at all timesWork independently or as part of a team------------------------------------------*Random testing is possible in all positionsPreferred but not required skills:Attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skills Knowledge of underground utilitiesStrong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment operationBenefits of working for UGS include:Paid Holidays100% paid Single Health & Dental plansPaid time offRetirement planHands-on training programCompetitive payWeekly contestsPerformance incentive plan & regular reviewsRoom for advancementJob Type: Full-timeWage: $20.00 - $32.00 per hourWork Location: In personEvery employee of Underground Solutions, Inc. must pass the DOT pre-employment Drug Test.
