Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Analyst Mid or Senior to
enhance analytical and AB testing capabilities within the CRM Data
Strategy team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business partners to understand customer digital
experiences
Deliver data requirements and ensure data trustworthiness for
analytical insights
Support projects involving critical systems like policy servicing
websites and mobile apps
Required Qualifications
A minimum of four years of analytical work experience, or a
bachelor's degree with three years of experience, or a bachelor's
degree in a quantitative field with one year of experience
Experience tagging and reporting using Google Analytics, Google
BigQuery, Google Tag Manager, or a comparable digital analytics
suite
Experience with SQL to query data
An understanding of data and software development is beneficial
Ability to manage multiple priorities and be comfortable with
ambiguity
