Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Designer to join their marketing
team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of designers, providing guidance and
mentorship
Create visually appealing graphics and designs for print and
digital media
Collaborate with leadership and the design team to develop creative
concepts and solutions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Designer or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
(preferred)
Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
Experience in leading or managing a team of designers
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative
Suite
