Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Faculty member in
Philosophy to teach and engage students in an online learning
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Teach and assess student work while providing timely feedback and
engagement in course discussions
Communicate regularly with students, offering guidance and support
to enhance their learning experience
Administer course duties, including grading, responding to
inquiries, and enforcing academic policies
Required Qualifications and Education
Terminal degree from a regionally accredited institution in a
relevant discipline for both graduate and undergraduate
teaching
Experience teaching in a higher education setting
Demonstrated knowledge of current trends in the discipline
Significant experience as a practitioner in the relevant academic
discipline is preferred
Experience teaching non-traditional students and utilizing online
learning management systems is preferred
