Epic Product Lead - EPIC Certified

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Epic Product Lead for a 2-year fixed-term position.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and develop relationships with end users and customers
Identify and execute system optimizations in collaboration with clinical and business departments
Provide technical coaching and training to IT staff while measuring performance goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
5 or more years of relevant work experience, including multiple Epic implementations
EPIC Certification required
Knowledge of healthcare goals and interdependencies of functional areas
Experience in managing IT processes and optimizing workflows
