Job Description:
A company is looking for an Abstractor/Title Examiner to join
their Abstract Services/Customer Service team.
Key Responsibilities
Search and examine public records to determine a property's status
of title
Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages and
deeds
Communicate effectively with clients and professional
associations
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3+ years of abstract/title examination experience
Strong understanding of title examination processes and
procedures
Residential and Acreage examination experience with Texas
properties
Proficient in Title Data (TIMS) and Deed Plotter software
