A company is looking for a Grievances & Appeals
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client medical denials through comprehensive analytic
reviews of clinical documentation
Perform advanced administrative and customer support duties
requiring independent initiative and judgment
Work under limited guidance while prioritizing requests and
adapting procedures as needed
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused
environment
Experience in managing inventory and workflow
Strong technical skills with the ability to work across multiple
software systems
High level of emotional intelligence to positively influence office
culture
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
