Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Gameplay Designer to create
and balance a diverse roster of heroes for engaging multiplayer
experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement heroes and gameplay mechanics
Drive exploration, prototyping, and implementation of hero
abilities
Iterate on gameplay balance and communicate with team members to
support the hero content pipeline
Required Qualifications:
Examples of shipped real-time multiplayer character content as the
primary designer or lead
Experience scripting combat mechanics and abilities
Deep expertise in MOBAs or session PvP hero-based games
Play experience with extraction genre games
5+ years of industry experience in a Game Design role
