Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Associate to
enhance testing operations and integration within healthcare
workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with physicians and clinical staff
to support operations
Monitor order and sample status, proactively communicating issues
as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to implement new initiatives and
ensure operational success
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1+ years of client-facing experience
B.S. in biology, life science, or relevant fields
Experience with common customer support systems (CRM, email,
Microsoft Office)
2+ years of healthcare or life sciences customer-facing experience
preferred
Familiarity with oncology EMR systems preferred
