Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate Senior Counsel, Litigation
to support its legal and corporate affairs organization.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the company in litigated and pre-litigation disputes
Advise internal clients on business dispute assessments, including
defense and settlement strategies
Manage outside counsel relationships and contribute to the
development of internal policies and guidelines
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and bar admission
3-5 years of litigation experience in a law firm and/or in-house
legal position
Valid license in at least one state
Familiarity with employee benefits, employment law, and in-house
corporate law experience
Knowledge of e-discovery technology and legal ethics rules
