Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service
Representative to provide exceptional service to policyholders in
the Long Term Care department.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone and written correspondence,
including processing transactions
Educate customers on product features and resolve complex
issues
Maintain accurate customer account information and manage follow-up
documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or military experience
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a
call center environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
Previous experience in the insurance industry preferred
