• Join a team of providers in a rural clinic; be the only pediatrician on staff

• See 15 - 18 patients per day
• Share 1:4 call schedule with family medicine doctors and mid-levels
• $240k salary range (negotiable depending on experience)
• Up to $100k for a sign-on bonus (plus student loan repayment)
