Weekend RN SupervisorTurn your job into a career with EmpRes!Job Summary:Prairie View Healthcare Center is currently seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to oversee a team of nurses and nursing assistants to help facilitate and ensure the delivery of high quality and consistent care to our residents. The chosen RN will help develop an individualized plan of care, direct and redirect staff accordingly to ensure that care needs are met, collaborate with physicians group and other associates and serve as the in-house supervisor.Essential Functions:Obtains and administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.Observes resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor, family, (responsible party) and physician of resident's change in condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.Takes temperature, pulse, blood pressure, and other vital signs to detect deviations from normal and assess condition of resident.
