MDS Coordinator Nurse - RNTurn your job into a career with EmpRes!Job Summary:Prairie View Healthcare Center is seeking a MDS Coordinator Nurse - RN to conduct and coordinate the development and completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), that is, the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs) and Care Plan in accordance with State and Federal requirements.
