Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Medical & Clinical
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations for a team of 30-40 medical coders
Develop procedures to enhance departmental accuracy and
efficiency
Monitor quality and identify areas for improvement in coding
practices
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED
2+ years of experience in an Operations/Production environment or
as a team lead/supervisor
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST
Must be 18 years of age or older
