• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• License/Certificate Verification is necessary.
  • Job Details
  • RN Medical / Surgical/ Telemetry position
  • Every other weekend / Every other holiday starting with Christmas
    • Job Requirements
    • American Heart Association certification is required for all direct patient care personnel.
    • Certification is required for RNs in CCU, ED and PACU, MICU, SICU.
    • Must be dated within 30 days of start for any position requiring license or certification.
    • 9 Panel Drug Screen must be completed within 30 days of start date, preferably within 14 days of start.
    • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine Sept 2024 booster, declination or exemption(with agency letterhead).
    • Proof of 2 MMR vaccinations or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out.
    • Hepatitis B series vaccinations must be initiated before start.
    • Influenza Vaccine proof, declination, or exemption required.
    • Varicella vaccination or primary source IgG titer with lab print-out.
    • Current, non-expired Tdap vaccine.
      • Schedule Information
      • 13-week contract length
      • Every other weekend / Every other holiday starting with Christmas
        • Additional Details
        • Must attach scanned proof of certifications to the candidate's record in TrinityVMS.
        • Physical/Health Statement documenting that candidate is fit to work is required.
        • Resume, Skills Checklist, and 2 Professional References must be submitted.
