Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Remote Care Medical
Assistant to provide customer service and patient care
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with providers and staff to address patient care
needs
Accurately document patient information in the EHR and manage
communications
Assist with clinical workflow to ensure effective patient care and
service delivery
Required Qualifications
2+ years of healthcare experience as a Certified/Registered Medical
Assistant or LPN
1+ years of case management or care coordination experience
Must reside in the State of Oregon
Active certification or LPN license required
