A company is looking for a Manager of Managed Services Delivery to lead a team responsible for delivering successful syndication and managed services to brand customers.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily delivery of managed services and ensure service level standards are met
Lead and support the Offshore Managed Service Delivery team while maintaining positive client relationships
Develop and implement strategies for performance improvement, reporting, and operational cost-effectiveness


Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in managed services, program management, or relevant customer support roles within an e-commerce environment
Proven track record of managing and scaling managed services teams with financial accountability
Expertise in customer-facing roles with a focus on account management and service delivery in e-commerce or syndication
Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
Experience in the e-commerce industry is essential
