Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Hosting to assist in
managing the Hosting Technician team and related non-client facing
work.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the Hosting Technician team, including performance
reviews and training
Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely project scoping and
execution
Maintain technical proficiency in Hosting platforms and manage
queue resources
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of eDiscovery industry experience or three years
of people management experience
Strong knowledge of legal discovery concepts and processes
Working knowledge of eDiscovery technology and EDRM process
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
employees
Ability to work outside normal hours as needed
