Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with integration and alliance partners,
clients, and internal stakeholders
Lead consultative selling initiatives to align partner and client
needs with company solutions
Negotiate complex agreements and manage the partner pipeline to
optimize revenue growth
Qualifications and Skills
6+ years of experience in sales or partner management, preferably
in benefits administration or software
Strong understanding of partnership models and strategies
Proven ability to build relationships with partners and internal
teams
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
Bachelor's Degree preferred
