Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pet Underwriting Associate Manager to
lead the Pet Underwriting Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain high operational standards for the
Underwriting Associate teams
Serve as a liaison between Underwriting, Claims, L&D, and
various stakeholders
Leverage analytical skills to inform decision-making and contribute
to strategic planning
Required Qualifications
Strong knowledge of veterinary medical records
5-10 years of veterinary experience (e.g., Vet Tech, Veterinary
Hospital Manager)
Understanding of complex conditions related to risk in pet
insurance
Natural leadership and critical thinking skills
Ability to work and manage in a remote environment
