Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis
1+ year of experience in contact centers and self-service
channels
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4-8 years of consulting
or analytics experience
Proven experience in managing projects in a fast-paced
environment
Solid understanding of business operations and industry
dynamics
