Job Description: A Brookings Health and Manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team until the end of 2025. This role involves initiating and executing a critical project where 60% of their product flow relies on a sterilizer. The candidate must be able to start the process and manage the rollout, which will take a few months to fully understand and implement. Key stakeholders with extensive knowledge are not located in Brookings. The project requires a custom solution that integrates with SAP, as there is no off-the-shelf solution available. The solution will likely involve a recipe download system and custom software development to merge everything together.Top Skills Requirements:

• SDLC Experience
• Healthcare & Manufacturing Experience
• Extensive Project Management Experience (PMP preferred)Work Environment: Preferrably onsite 3-4 days per week in Brookings, SD. Typical working hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm CST, Monday - Friday. Additional Skills and Qualifications:

• Any sterilization experience would be a significatnt plus but is not required.
