Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enrollment/Billing Senior
Representative for Medicare, working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate Medicare Advantage membership records according
to CMS guidelines
Perform data submissions and updates in ECRS and ensure accurate
claims payment data
Conduct outreach calls to members for information validation and
assist staff as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a Medicare-related
role
Strong knowledge of health and pharmacy insurance and CMS
regulations
Ability to analyze, reconcile, and report data across job
functions
Familiarity with CIGNA's Medicare Advantage products is helpful
